Going Coco for Chanel and Colette Collaboration

Chanel teams up with Colette in Paris

I couldn’t have dreamt up a cooler fashion collaboration.

When I found out that the most iconic fashion house and the French capital’s coolest boutique had come together for the mother of all creative projects, I wanted to jump on the first Eurostar heading to Paris.

A Parisian match made in heaven, the two legendary addresses in the world of Fashion will be blending their creative talents to open a pop-up boutique in a former garage on the Rue Saint Honore, just in time for Paris Fashion Week.

This spontaneous and eclectic installation will combine fashion, visual arts and musical performances, resulting in a fun-fuelled, creative mix by CHANEL and COLETTE.

Legendary CHANEL bags and this season’s designs, including a MADEMOISELLE bag in the famous COLETTE colour, will be originally customised by various artists such as Kevin Lyons, Soledad, André, Fafi and SO-ME.

A list of daily treats awaits the fashion pack as the dream team have even put together a diary of events. Other surprises await such as a collector’s doll by Karl Lagerfeld, CHANEL bags customised by CHROME HEARTS, YAZBUKEY bag charms, RUBY helmets, and cameras by LEICA. Amongst these must have items, COLETTE compilation CDs and scented candles are not forgotten.

Other aesthetic and delectable treats include the CHANEL nail bar and a cupcake bar from CHEZ BOGATO.
